VP REGULATORY OPERATIONS – OPERATIONAL RISK/COMPLIANCE – $170k
Leading global investment banking and securities firm seeks VP Regulatory Operations with 5-10 years of experience in designing and managing control functions in Financial Services/Banking industry. Knowledge of SSAE 16 auditing requirements, co-ordinating/project managing SSAE16(SAS 70) audits, operations and trade life cycle, and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience with regulatory and governance programs a plus. Preferred candidate will possess Wealth Management Operations and Custody Operations experience, be able to adapt to new processes, and coordinate multiple audit as necessary. Strong functional, verbal and written communication skills.
