VP – MANAGER OF PROJECTS – CORE SYSTEMS – $140K
The desired VP-Manager of Projects will manage a project team, project managers, business analysts, and be responsible for testing and vendor resources.
VP – Manager of Projects will ensure the successful implementation of assigned projects and initiatives, provide budget and manpower estimates, and communicate with vendors regarding project deliverables. Additionally he/she will be responsible for the review of project requests for third party applications, assisting with completing BRDs, and participating in the implementation of bank projects in line with the Bank’s strategic plans. Knowledge of QA and end to end regression methodologies, and the ability to manage release, maintenance, and handle patch testing for assigned core systems is required.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with trading systems, corporate actions systems, securities lending and system support, project and program management, and the management of large scale implementation of projects in the financial services domain. The selected candidate must have knowledge of security operations and global custody operation and good oral and written communications skills. Knowledge of IT hardware and infrastructure is a plus.
