MIDDLE OFFICE CLO COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATE- $100K
Prestigious leading $Multi-Billion Credit Hedge Fund and Investment Advisor with expertise managing private investment funds across the credit, special situations and illiquid investment markets seeks Middle Office CLO Compliance Associate with 3-5 years’ experience handling CLO reporting and compliance requirements, Portfolio Reporting and Compliance Testing, Trustee Report reconciliation and verification of all quarterly payment date calculations of selected CLO funds managed by the firm.
The CLO Compliance Associate will act as the middle office operations point person at each stage of the life of the fund and possess knowledge of Wall Street Office software, familiarity with Rating Agencies (Moody’s, S&P, Fitch) and ideally have some experience with bank loan settlements and familiarity with LSTA guidelines Knowledge of US leveraged loan market and structured finance as desired as is the ability to handle cash and collateral, work with monthly reports coming from the trustee that need testing, be familiar with ratings, (weighted averages, spreads) and understand credit agreements with indentured agreements. WSO knowledge a plus
Compensation: to $100,000 plus excellent Bonus/Benefits and firm culture.
