VICE PRESIDENT – IT SECURITY OPERATIONS – $150K
The desired candidate possesses 8 to 10 or more years of experience in IT Security Operations preferably with Ark Sight content development and connector (flex connector) experience preferably in finance, banking or securities environment. Ability to conduct risk management assessments, design, test and implement security controls, work with global Tooling, validating, and implementing as necessary security monitoring configurations and workflows in tools such as ArcSight. Identify, prioritize and onboard internal, business-critical and SOX application data feeds to the ArcSight SIEM platform. The selected individual will design correlated security alerts founded on internal threat models, system/application-specific use/baselines, global/local policy, and advanced correlation techniques to detect security policy violations and insider threats such as account misuse, and unauthorized access. Additional responsibilities require documentation of Tier-1 security event analysis procedures for the Security Event monitoring team; responding to security investigations escalated by the team, implementing automated operational reports, leading quality assurance reviews, and investigating correlated security events as per SLA agreements. Experience conducting internal application risk assessments to document physical and/or logical access and security controls, and identifying inefficiencies and streamline daily security operations processes (security report reviews, Symantec AV response, Qualys vulnerability management, etc.) and lead Security Risk Management Review is necessary. The selected individual will develop Application Business Models, review and enhance of LACF operating procedures; manage business risks and projects and work closely with Business Managers; ITI; ISD; Other Security Officers; Global Security Tooling and Global Security Office.
