BANK DEBT CLOSER – TO $150K
Multibillion-dollar hedge fund seeks a bank debt closer for newly created position with a minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience as a loan closer working with , funding memos, trade confirmations, assignment agreements, related closing documentation and settlements to coordinate loan closing activity for a prestigious hedge fund. The desired Individual will be familiar with Clearpar, and preferably have both Par and distressed transaction experience. LMA, and Trade claim experience is a plus though not necessary.
