AVP – Asset Finance Credit/ Financial Analyst – $100,000
The selected candidate will support business development activities of two Asset Finance Relationship Managers covering clients in the Americas, perform credit and financial analysis for existing and prospective clients, and develop pro-forma cash flow models and sensitivities. In addition, responsibilities of the position will include portfolio transaction monitoring, industry research, and ad-hoc reporting.
Essential Duties:
Prepare Credit Applications for new loan commitments, which will include descriptions of proposed loan terms and structure, detailed financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, assessments of asset risk and market risk;
Prepare written annual reviews of portfolio transactions, which will include detailed financial statement analysis, assessments of asset risk and market risk;
Process amendments and waivers on existing deals;
Develop relevant industry knowledge and prepare periodic written updates of key market statistics and trends;
Liaise with Portfolio Manager and operations department to ensure that portfolio transaction details are reflected accurately in Bank system;
Understand and follow BSA/AML/OFAC policy and procedures.
Qualification Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience;
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field;
Knowledge of French a plus.
