ASSET MANAGEMENT AUDIT VICE PRESIDENT – $200K+
Excellent investment bank seeks Asset Management Audit Manager and Vice President as a Subject matter expert on asset management business, related financial products, settlement systems and associated risks. Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal issues relating to asset management and an understanding of the regulators’ interpretations and hot topics. Familiarity with the Investment Advisory Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940. Ability to provide guidance to asset management business leaders in identifying best practices and emerging issues. Good written and oral communication skills, good computer literacy, able to communicate easily with all levels of staff and management, able to work effectively within a team.Excellent analytical approach to problem solving.Able to identify and bridge expectation gaps
Goal orientated and qualified Professionally with either CPA, CIA and/or MBA
Ten + years of asset management / investment banking experience
Series 7 or other securities license a plus
