FIRST VICE PRESIDENT -RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – MIDDLE MARKET – $175+
Well established and growing International banking and Finance Firm seeks a First Vice President – Relationship Manager and Middle Market Banking professional with a minimum of 10 years of strong Middle Market lending and relationship management experience managing his/her own portfolio while working with complex credit relationships in team portfolio and supervising new business development and the underwriting and closing of transactions. The desired individual will emphasize acquisition of new clients, and enhancing revenue generation from existing clients through credit and cross selling opportunities. The preferred candidate will functionally manage and mentor junior relationship team members and support them in relationship, credit, underwriting, and new business development when greater seniority, experience or expertise is required. This unique individual will have the ability to lead through generating of credit and noncredit opportunities in the market by cultivating prospects and networking with referral sources, managing a portfolio of borrowing accounts, and mentoring, participating in, and supervising the underwriting and closing of transactions. Demonstrated credit and noncredit product knowledge, with formal credit training experience desired along with ability to support other lines of business in the cross selling of bank products and services. Skills: A Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Middle Market lending and Relationship management in a leadership role at a VP level or higher managing one’s own portfolio and mentoring other relationship managers in the targeting of new deals, acquiring new clients, business development, underwriting, and generating credit and non-credit opportunities through the origination, analysis and closing of transactions. Excellent credit and cash flow analysis skills, complex structured transaction experience, with formal credit training desired.
