Leading International Finance Banking and Finance Company seeks a Facilities Project Manager, who will be responsible for managing assigned real estate and facilities projects under the direction of the VP and Department Head of Facilities and the Joint General Manager of General Affairs. Some of the other responsibilities include developing project plans and projecting budget applications, managing office projects (expansion, upgrades, renewals, and relocations), developing training materials, and supporting the AVP of Expense Management with financial reporting for real estate and facilities expense. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing projects for facilities or corporate real estate in the financial services industry, have the ability to manage projects from start to finish, expert skills in the various MS Office suites (word, excel, powerpoint, etc…), and must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
