Leading International Banking and Finance Company seeks a Facilities Project Manager to be responsible for managing assigned real estate and facilities projects within the Facilities and the General Affairs arena. Responsibilities include developing project plans, projecting budget applications, managing office projects (expansion, upgrades, renewals, and relocations), developing training materials, and supporting Expense Management with financial reporting for real estate and facilities expenses. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing projects for facilities or corporate real estate in the financial services industry, and have the ability to manage projects from start to finish. Expert skills in MS Office suite and excellent oral and written communication skills required.
