PRODUCT MANAGER – CASH MANAGEMENT – $100K

Leading Global Banking and Finance firm seeks a Product Manager for its New York office to provide cash management solutions to clients, manage the development, testing and implementation of new products and services through the coordination and collaboration with internal departments, external vendors and clients, The Product Manager will be able to understand compliance requirements, conduct risk assessments and identify any potential risks. The role is additionally responsible for providing reports to management and auditors.

Primary responsibilities include participating in client meetings or internal discussions to assist in providing unique and customized solutions, managing internal/external projects by working closely with internal departments and external vendors, and assisting in the development of new products by writing business requirements and use cases to enhance offerings. The ability to prepare training materials and conduct training for internal sales and customer service teams, coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of all client facing applications, and identify project issues and escalate to senior management if necessary is required. The Product Manager will attend internal meetings, participate and respond to discussions related to audits, vendor management, compliance and regulatory matters and risk management and manage exception pricing requests from the sales team by analyzing market data, client volume projections, and cost analysis data. The ability to perform regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and report findings to management and address Ad hoc management reports, ie. monthly statistics reports is necessary.

Qualifications:
3+ years in Cash Management Sales or Product management with the Technical Knowledge and understanding of cash management products and services, their technical aspects, internal processes and work flows, and external vendor and customer needs is necessary. The desired candidate will be able to articulate clearly business requirements and other information, regularly keep appropriate parties informed about key developments, plans, and issues and weigh cost, benefits and risks in the decision making process. The Product Manager is responsible for collaboration and the ability to work across internal business groups in the Americas Division including technology, operations, sales, customer service and the business to shepherd new products through development to execution. BA/BS or equivalent experience with a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)/Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) a plus but not necessary.
