Top tier global banking and financial services group seeks a Implementation Manager with a minimum of 5 years of implementation in the banking and financial products/services space with a strong understanding of, and ability to meet client expectations and timeframes in the Sales/Relationship, Product Management, and Client service oriented team space to ensure the satisfaction of clients.

Responsibilities include developing client solutions, building consistency and delivering quality solutions within the bank’s strategy & capabilities, while contributing expertise and/or consultative advice to serve client’s overall objectives & requirements. The selected individual will lead internal teams/departments and ensure delivery of products/services with full accountability for end-to-end process, and organize and meet clients to gather information, requirements, provide documentation, and support client understanding of overall implementation process. The ability to develop customized implementation project plans, meet key stakeholders regarding status updates, and possess an understanding of Cash Management Products/Services along with the communication channels used with clients and technologies involved to deliver flawless implementation is desired. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for management of issue resolution, acting as a point of escalation for the client, working with vendors or external partners when necessary, and the ongoing learning and enhancement of knowledge of the products/services, processes, and new technologies.

The desired Implementation Manager will possess the following skills and experience:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant implementation experience in the Banking or Finance space.

Proven ability to lead and facilitate internal/external meetings either in-person via conference calls, with experience managing/resolving conflicts desirable.

Project Management and client service related experience is a plus, proficiency in various MS office & internet based applications, and the technical ability to learn new products and services and explain complex technical issues to non-technical clients is necessary.

Corporate Cash Management and Treasury Service experience/knowledge preferred with Certification as accredited ACH Professional (AAP), Project Management Institute, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP, CCM) a big plus.
