BANK DEBT CLOSER – $90K
Leading global investment bank and market leader seeks a Bank Debt Closer with a minimum of 4-10 years of experience in the drafting and execution of closing documents for foreign distressed loans. Knowledge of loan closing procedures, online settlement platform and LSTA Standard Terms and Conditions necessary. The preferred candidate will be able to handle loan transfers, directly w/counterparties and online, check pricing calculations prior to settlement of open trades, and liaise between Distressed Loan Trading Desk, Deal Administration, external counsel and Accounting and Control to ensure accurate execution and settlement of transactions. Ability to provide support customers, forge relationships, resolve trade related issues, troubleshoot with the Loan Trading desk for guidance in problem solving, monitor and act on all amendments to Credit Agreements, Waivers, Forbearance Agreements is necessary. Additional responsibilities include the review and interpretation of Credit Agreements, and assignability provisions. Strong mathematical, analytical, Excel, and Word skills are beneficial as is the ability to transition from a customer relations perspective to loan closer to pricing analyst on a daily basis.
